Idaho-Web-Counter - Idaho-Web-Counter is a small and simple way to add cool counters to your web site. Just click on the counter style you want and the program will copy the code you need to your clipboard. Paste the code into your web page and you're done!

Idaho-Web-Counter allows you to count the number of times a page was viewed, or if you have access to a server-side scripting language like PHP or ASP you can count just unique visitors. You can even set the starting number for the counter if you're moving over from another counter service.

The best thing about the Idaho-Web-Counter is that it's completely free and anonymous! The program doesn't solicit any information from you, and doesn't require you to create an account to use. Use as many counters as you want, there's no limit!

It's called the "Idaho" web counter because there are number of Idaho-inspired counter themes, from potatoes to Idaho license plates. But if location-based themes aren't your cup of tea, there are a number of other styles to choose from.

I went through many so called free web hit counter softwares on the net but found this one really good mainly because it let's you get your code whenever you want offline without forcing you to go to the software company site.. it gives an .exe file. very simple and handy. thanks. Hare Krishna

I couldn't get it to work after unzipping... Perhaps you could have an executable that unzips and installs...

Nice and easy

I got the IWC, and it works great, it's nice and easy to work with. Of course there are some limits to it, but that is to be expected. Only one thing bothers me, I cant change the color of the background to match my website. So until then I might not use this...

Great counters

I used Publisher to create a quick web page and was interested in adding a counter to it. Not knowing anything about how to do that I searched for options that would allow a straight copy paste of the code. I came across the Idaho Web Counter and gave it a whirl. It offered a good selection of counters and was very easy to use and implement into Publisher created web pages. Thank you.

Nothing could possibly be easier to use or incorporate into a web page. More choices in counter faces would be nice but still a great download thanks.
